Hold food at a safe serving temperature while retaining moisture.
Keep your food hot or cold in the same unit with just the flip of a switch! When the power is on, the heating unit allows the interior temperature to be maintained between +150°F and +165°F, or hold at 37°F when using the cooling unit. A light on the control panel illuminates when the set temperature is achieved. When the power is turned off for holding or transport, the interior temperature will stay above 140°F for up to eight hours after the maximum warming temperature has been achieved or stay below 41°F for up to two hours after the minimum cooling temperature has been achieved. Holds both sheet pans and full-size steamtable pans. Six sets of slide rails are included and can be removed and/or adjusted to vary pan configuration.
