Collects and traps grease from drain lines. Connects to kitchen sink. Can be installed on the floor, partially in the floor or fully recessed. One piece baffle assembly. Cover is removable for easy cleaning - only one center bolt. PDI certified. Acid resistant coated steel with Epoxy Gray finish. Supplied with an external cast iron flow restrictor to allow water to flow through at appropriate rate. 8 lb. capacity. 4 gallons/minute.
