High performance refrigeration directs maximum airflow under pans. All stainless steel front, top, cover and sides. Top holds up to 6"H insert pans. 15 third-size pans included. Foam insulated cover keeps pans colder and locks in freshness. Extra deep 19-1/2" removable, 1/2" thick cutting board. Includes two adjustable vinyl coated wire shelves per door and accommodates 18"Wx26"D sheet pans, except #675-134 for which only one door accommodates 18"Wx26"D sheet pans. Features CFC free foam insulation and R134A refrigerant. Holds at +33°F to +41°F. Interior has White aluminum sides and top, coved corners and stainless steel floor. 5" swivel casters. Self-contained. 35-1/4"Dx42"H. 120V. Meets NSF 7 standard.
