All stainless steel body with a 3/8" thick poly cutting board and 7-1/2"D stainless recessed plate shelf on operator’s side. Thermoset wells will not pit or rust. Fully sealed--no need for spillage pans. Each hole is controlled by a guarded thermostat, adjustable to +180°F, and has an individual drain, or drains can manifold together. Adjustable bullet legs.
